Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Lineup5 application and related services (the “Service”) provided by AD Projects Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Lineup5 is a mobile application related to football teams, players, and lineups. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may close your account at any time using the in-app function where available, or by contacting us.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to use;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse APIs except as allowed by applicable law;
• upload content that infringes third-party rights or is offensive or illegal.

4. Intellectual property

Lineup5, the app, its design, trademarks, and software are owned by AD Projects Lab or our licensors. Team names, crests, player names, and related sports data may belong to third parties and are used only as needed to operate the Service. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any of that material.

You retain rights in content you submit, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it solely to operate the Service.

5. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third parties such as Amazon Web Services and Google sign-in. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their own processing. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or events outside our control may cause downtime.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Service.

Lineup5 is an entertainment and information product. It is not professional, financial, or betting advice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, liability, and governing law) remain in effect.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU/EEA. The courts of Italy have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you the right to sue in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue to use the Service after the update, you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires explicit consent.
