Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how AD Projects Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data when you use the Lineup5 mobile application and related services (together, the “Service”).
1. Data controller
The data controller is AD Projects Lab, operator of Lineup5. For privacy requests, contact privacy@adprojectslab.com.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
- Account data: email address, username, and authentication credentials managed through Amazon Cognito.
- Sign-in with Google: identifiers and email provided by Google if you choose that login method.
- Profile data: information you submit to create or update your user profile.
- Technical and diagnostic data: logs, device and app events, and error information used to operate and secure the Service (including Amazon CloudWatch).
- Support communications: messages you send us and related metadata.
We do not ask you to provide special categories of personal data (such as health data) to use Lineup5.
3. Why we process data and legal bases
- Provide the Service (create and manage your account, authenticate you, deliver app features) — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Security, fraud prevention, and diagnostics — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Legal obligations — compliance with applicable law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Optional communications or features that require consent — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Recipients and processors
We use trusted service providers acting as processors, in particular Amazon Web Services (hosting, authentication, storage, logging) and, if you use Google sign-in, Google as an independent controller of its own login service. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, and additional measures where required.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymised after closure, unless a longer period is required by law or to handle disputes. Diagnostic logs are kept for a limited period needed for security and operations.
7. Your rights
You may request:
- access to your personal data;
- rectification of inaccurate data;
- erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
- restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) if you are in Italy, or the authority of your place of residence in the EU/EEA.
You can delete your Lineup5 account from the app where that function is available, or by contacting us at the email above.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
The Lineup5 apps are native applications. These legal pages may use strictly necessary technical storage to display the site. We do not use advertising cookies on these pages.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes awareness of the revised policy. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
